Bradley Smith says he cannot wait to get out on in front of his home fans as he prepares for the latest round of the 2014 MotoGP World Championship, the British Grand Prix at Silverstone.

The Tech 3 rider, who was recently confirmed as staying with the satellite Yamaha team for a third season in 2015, has fond memories of the Silverstone circuit after scoring his best Moto2 result there in 2011 with a run to second place.

For 2014, Smith heads back to the Northamptonshire circuit looking to make ground in the battle for top satellite honours. As it stands, Smith is tenth overall, but just 20 points behind sixth place Aleix Espargaro.
