Runaway Moto3 rookie of the year Enea Bastianini made his Honda debut during the start of unofficial testing at Valencia on Tuesday.

The 16-year-old Italian took KTM machinery to three podiums this season and is staying with Gresini for its Honda return in 2015.

"I really enjoyed this first day of testing!" said Bastianini, who completed 53 laps. "The Honda is a completely different bike from the one I used to ride, but today we could begin to get acquainted to it, doing the many kilometers and making a very good job.
