New Factory Suzuki MotoGP rider Aleix Espargaro insists he will be back to fitness in time for the opening 2015 pre-season MotoGP tests after suffering ligament damage in his left knee.

The incident occurred earlier this month while training on a dirt track bike in Spain, alongside new team-mate Maverick Vinales.

"I visited Dr. Mir, did the relevant tests and fortunately any need to operate was ruled out. That's the good news," the Spaniard told MotoGP.com. "I'm doing physiotherapy every day intensively and in a month I'll be fine."
