Repsol Honda's Marc Marquez was disappointed to miss out on the final day of the final MotoGP pre-season test in Qatar due to rain.

Persistent showers throughout the day at the Losail International Circuit curtailed the planned final session as no riders are permitted on the track when it is wet for safety reasons, with the floodlights creating dangerous reflections that can affect visibility.

Marquez finished the test second fastest overall on the combined times with a lap in 1m 55.091s, which left him 0.184s behind Ducati's Andrea Dovizioso. The top 14 riders were covered by less than one second.
