After announcing the loss of Drive M7 title sponsorship on the eve of the season-opening Qatar MotoGP round, Aspar has acquired some new backing from Power Electronics in Texas this weekend.

Power Electronics was Aspar's title sponsor in 2012 and 2013, when Aleix Espargaro dominated the CRT class.

Speaking to the media in Qatar, Jorge Martinez 'Aspar' confirmed that past and present team sponsors would be his main target when trying to plug the hole left by Drive M7's surprise exit.
