Reigning MotoGP champion and Le Mans pole sitter Marc Marquez may have been unsure of his pace compared to Jorge Lorenzo after qualifying, but he opened up Sunday morning warm-up on top.

Marquez ended the session two tenths clear of Lorenzo, but it was consistency that stood out most. The Repsol Honda star strung together nine fast laps, eight of which were in the 1m 33s bracket.

Lorenzo was unable to match the pace in terms of consistency and speed but ended a tenth faster than the Ducatis of Andrea Iannone and Dovizioso.
