Dani Pedrosa finished a promising fourth last time at Mugello, his first real race since returning from arm pump surgery, and has continued rehabilitation ahead of his home MotoGP in Catalunya this weekend.

Although facing similar handling issues to team-mate Marc Marquez, the #26's style is not so reliant on corner entry and Pedrosa seemed to cope better when the tyre grip reduced.

"Mugello was pretty positive as I can feel my arm improving all the time," Pedrosa said. "I've continued my rehabilitation since the race and now we head to my home race in Montmel?. We have a busy weekend ahead as we need to work hard on the bike to solve some issues.
