Ducati riders Andrea Dovizioso and Andrea Iannone both qualified on the front row at Brno last season.

But the team's tough run in recent events means Iannone isn't sure what to expect this weekend.

The Italian finished fifth and the top Ducati last Sunday at Indianapolis, but the margin to victory was again around the 20-second mark.

"In general I like every circuit, but Brno is a really beautiful track and I am happy to race here on Sunday, even though at this moment it is difficult to know what to expect from the Czech race," said Iannone, who was riding for the satellite Pramac team last year.

"On paper this should be a more favourable track for the GP15, but the last four races have been rather complicated for us and so me and the team will have to work hard to improve the situation.

"However, we are looking forward with optimism to this weekend and we hope that we can once again get back to fighting with the frontrunners again here at Brno."

Both Iannone and Dovizioso dropped a championship place at Indianapolis; race winner Marc Marquez took third from Iannone, while Dovizioso lost fifth to Bradley Smith after a first lap incident left him at the back of the pack.

"The Brno race will be interesting because it will give us an idea of our competitive level, also on this track, which I consider to be fantastic and very special," Dovi said.

"I think that we should go a lot better than in the last few races and that the track will be more suitable for us, even though the overall situation is what we saw at Indianapolis.

"But we know that we have to continue to work hard to improve our form, and in any case, I hope that my negative streak in the last few races will come to an end soon!"
