VIDEO: Future stars Bulega, Pons clinch CEV titles

Nicola Bulega and Edgar Pons clinch CEV titles ahead of full time move to world championship
Nicola Bulega won the FIM CEV Repsol Junior World Championship for Valentino Rossi's VR46 team at Valencia on Sunday.

The CEV finale also saw another future grand prix star, Edgar Pons, wrap up the Moto2 European Championship.

Bulega, who finished twelfth on his grand prix debut as a wild-card at Valencia one week before the CEV event, is moving up to the VR46 Moto3 GP team in 2016.

Pons, who made eight Moto2 GP starts this year, is to join his father's Moto2 World Championship squad.

Bulega overtook 4 riders going into turn 1 in the breaking zone, I couldn't believe he made the apex! I think he will have a decent season next year, hopefully he and Migno can match Fenati, Antonelli and Bagnia and have all the VR46 academy riders up there. As for Pons he hasn't done fantastic in his wild cards or time with Italtrans, hopefully next year in the number 1 Pons (not the junior) team, being a champion and Rins as a team mate he will do a good season.
