The Italian scored points in the opening 13 rounds, including a dream second place in the Silverstone rain. Petrucci - upgraded to a GP14.2 at Misano - finished the season tenth in the world championship standings.

There will be much work to do this winter but we are confident in our capabilities and great support offered by Ducati."
