Picking a best and worst moment from two decades of grand prix racing is no easy task, but Valentino Rossi offered the following in Argentina on Thursday.
“Difficult to say. Maybe the best one I want to say the first victory in South Africa with the Yamaha. That was a great race. And I think the worst one was when I lost the championship in 2006 in Valencia. I think these two.”
Today (March 31st) marks exactly 20 years since the Italian made his world championship debut in the 1996 125cc Malaysian Grand Prix, which Rossi finished in sixth position.
