Having had their appeal to the FIM International Disciplinary Court turned down, the Harris WCM team now look set to take their case to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

The team are seeking to be reinstated on the grid after being disqualified for alleged technical infringements regarding the eligibility of their engine, which the FIM - and Court of Appeal - declared was too closely based on a Yamaha R1 to be a prototype.

The Arbitration case, effectively the final step in the appeal process, should be heard within a month. Should that too go against them the team are rumoured to be considering running Chris Burns and David de Gea on two-strokes for the rest of the year!
