Ducati to launch Desmosedici road bike

In the build-up to next weekend's Italian Grand Prix at Mugello, home manufacturer Ducati will launch its much anticipated Desmosedici road bike - the first production machine to come out of the factory's MotoGP project.

The launch of the V4 powered road bike, which is based upon Ducati's MotoGP prototype (pictured), will take place on Thursday 1 June at 11.30am.

First free practice for the grand prix will be held on Friday morning.
