Last chance to vote for your MotoGP star.

The 2008 MotoGP World Championship season will be remembered as the season in which Valentino Rossi and Yamaha returned to the top, after two successive defeats.

But we want to know exactly how highly, out of 10, you rate Rossi and nine other riders on our shortlist of 2008 MotoGP stars. The total marks awarded for each rider will be used to create a star ranking for the 2008 season.

We've included a brief summary of the achievements of each rider on the shortlist.

The voting will close on Monday morning (17 November) and then from Wednesday, we'll start counting down to the winner.

Mmmm the Rizla guys were notable ommisions to your poll. Caparossi did a great job early in the season and Chris put in a number of solid performances. In my opinion they both rank well above Elias, Toseland and DeAngelis

mmmmmmm, those Rizla boys have had more than enough experience to perform consistantly, think Toseland will be better next year when he's on equal hoops. Completely irrelevant but wouldn't it be amazing to see Rossi do MotoGp AND 250s for their swansong year? Just a thought....
