Should MotoGP races have pit stops?

Sunday's Australian Grand Prix was the first in MotoGP history to feature a compulsory pit stop, to change bikes at mid-distance.

The emergency situation was required due to tyre overheating problems on the new Phillip Island asphalt and, while undoubtedly adding to the drama, got a mixed response from the riders.

But would you like to see MotoGP introduce pit stops for 'normal' dry races - bike swaps are already allowed in 'flag-to-flag' wet/dry races - even if only for one or two events each year?
