MotoGP » MotoGP QUIZ: Taking stock of a month of MotoGP action

There's hardly even time to draw breath between MotoGP races over the next few weeks, and that's on top of a hectic time of it already at Le Mans, Catalunya and Silverstone. It seems like it's the ideal time to use a rare 'down' weekend to take a look back and do a stock check of what's been going on.

Is the shock of Casey Stoner's retirement announcement still fresh in your mind? Then you'll have no trouble with our questions on the French and Catalunya MotoGP events, let alone last weekend's British MotoGP at Silverstone featuring the heroic ride of the injured Cal Crutchlow.

As well as the races, we've slipped in a few questions about the (fairly recent) past and even one to see if you know what's coming up in the very near future.

So give the ten question "June Stocktake" quiz a go, but remember - try and stay clear of Google, Wikipedia and Crash.net's own news and results archives while you're answering the questions.

And don't forget to let us all know how you get on using the comments box on the story.

Question 1. Casey Stoner announced at Le Mans that he was retiring from MotoGP, saying it was no longer the championship that he fell in love with. When and where did he make his début in the series?
