MotoGP » MOTOGP QUIZ: The 2013 season review

With Casey Stoner out of the picture, it seemed that 2013 was destined to be an epic battle for the title between Jorge Lorenzo and Dani Pedrosa. Would Lorenzo claim a third championship, or would it be Pedrosa's chance to taste sweet success at last?

There was an outside chance that Valentino Rossi could prove to be a fly in the ointment upon his return to Yamaha, but at least there wasn't going to be much of a threat from Dani's new team mate this season - it not as if a 20-year-old MotoGP rookie was going to smash the record books and walk away with the title, now was it? Except that's exactly what Marc Marquez ended up doing over the course of an astounding maiden season in the premier class of motorcycling.

As the year draws to a close, we look back at a full season of heart-pounding action from Qatar to Valencia and celebrate some of the highlights of 2013. We've put together 15 questions for you covering the year including a few that give a historical perspective to Marquez' remarkable achievements.

Ready to start? The first question is below. But before you get underway, set aside those handy online references sources that you love so much like Google, Wikipedia and Crash.net's own news and results archive so that when it comes time to brag by posting your final scoring achievement in the comments section, you'll know it was all the work of your own little grey cells!

Good luck, and see you on the other side...
