2000 Classified 24th in the 500cc World Championship with three points.
1996 Continued competing in the 500cc World Championship but returned to Honda and Erv Kanemoto.
1993-95 Moved upto the 500cc World Championship with Team Marlboro Roberts.
1991-92 Won the 250cc title two years in a row with Honda and Erv Kanemoto.
Late 1980s Moved up to the 250cc World Championship.
1986 Won the 125cc World Championship.
