I've wondered for a while if the Autopolis track and the test riders (Yanagawa?) are reponsible for Kawasaki lurching year after year between having suspension that is way too hard and soft but not right. It's as though whoever does the testing likes a stiff bike on a smooth circuit and then the dealers/journalists all complain about the rock hard suspension and head shakes on real roads so they soften it all off in the next model year without actually getting it right.
