The 1st test was on Bridgestones the 2nd test at Brno was on Pirelli's. So your assessment is not accurate..(although it was stated that the temp was cooler for his test) but hell his leg was broken 5 weeks ago!
SBK not that much Different from GP?
1. GP bike 800cc. SBK 1000cc
2. GP bike 1 -3.5 seconds per lap faster depending on the track. We are talking about a race bike not a time attack bike right? So in my OPINION, over a 25 lap race that puts a superbike anywhere from 25 seconds - 1 min and 27 seconds behind. I don't know about you but that's alot and unless you were cheering for that Rossi replacement guy at Catalunya because that is where the SBK would be.
