Geez , I can't believe how many people at Crash sound like the bottom-feeding attorneys that infect us here in the U.S. I'd be surprised if Tomizawa would have lived even if there was an operating table at the site of the accident. I mean he suffered major head , chest and abdominal injuries. As slow as the justice system appears to move in Italy , this could drag on for years with nothing of substance for a result. I think the accident was just that : nothing to do with the track design or some clumsy marshal dropping the stretcher.
