It's a no brainer, he loves racing, so won't want to miss all five, but if he has to miss any, he won't want to be at the last two rounds because that's when either Lorenzo or Pedrosa will be crowned champion. Plus, a 2 month recovery will take him to January if he has the operation after the 3 fly away races, just in time to start testing the Ducati without the need for Yamaha to release him early.
