The fact of the matter is that LCR fell out with Randy, or rather his manager fell out with Luccio...it was a bad time to demand more money, Randy having been injured and the team not knowing what / when and if he'd recover his form after the broken leg. Luccio called his managers bluff by suggesting 'there are others that want this ride' and so we have the result of this situation. Is it forced upon Randy, of course it is...where else was he going, to Moto2...straight swap with Elias ?? Either way Randy was now funding his ride, a shame given his fantastic form up to his accident.
