It's so easy to get riled-up, diverted, or diluted with different topics. It's quite a shame to see such shallow views when the focus should be on these individuals (riders) from across the world who are in my opinion, heroes of the sport of competitive motorcycle racing. Pretty basic view, right? It should be. It's the core to which we are all brought together to this forum. I have to ask, "How many of you race or participated in any sort of track day event or motorcycle training?" Or, "How many have been to any professional or amateur, motorcycle racing events?". I ask because any sort of criticism toward these elite riders is totally unjustified. Using the recorded times of the last, post-season testing at Valencia, it's around two seconds that separates first from last. Amazing, if (going back to my first question) you've been on the track yourself. I reflect on this because I'm one that's tried to get close to the last place guy in an amateur event. I'm pitiful!
