Lorenzo was consistent and fast all season, even though the pressure was off and he could ride for places most of the season if he wished. Stoner and Pedrosa were fast but had off days. Spies had a superb season after a slow start. Rossi only raced one race fully fit ( Qatar) and won it, and in hindsight performed much better than he was given credit for the rest of the season given the pain and lack of strength in his shoulder, which was worse than previously thought. De puniet was exciting....list goes on. I'd give it to Lorenzo though but Rossi was the bravest, he'll be back!
