No he isn't making excuses. If he wanted to make excuses he would have made a big deal out of his shoulder this year but the didn't. He kept his mouth shut and got on with the job instead of using his shoulder as a crutch looking for sympathy and well wishes. He never brought it up as an excuse for not winning or not getting the result which he desired. Unlike others who pulled out the injury card when the results aren't there, Cal didn't do it. Much respect to him.
