Hopper had an unbelievably sudden fall from grace... bad or unlucky decisions and injuries sending him into a self destructive downward spiral... I for one am glad to see he's turning it around and climbing back to where he wants to be. It takes guts to put your reputation on the line in the "lower classes"... the penalties for not making it are huge, just look at what happened to Byrne, Hodgson and Toseland when they left MotoGP.
I hope he gets a second chance... good luck to him.
