Oh yea! I also forgot that he told all the other riders to stay behind him and make sure he won his world titles as well. All hail Rossi, the God because he controls all of motogp and every racer who come on to the track must report to him for their end of year positions. Actually that's funny. Is this the only excuses we can come up with for Rossi winning 7 WC when others this decade have failed to even repeat a title winning season? PS the question about better talent now than then is still out. Every rider has admitted that Traction control and electronics have brought the field closer together instead of raw talent. Many riders that are doing so well now may not have the same success had they been on the less electronic versions of prior years. So in my opinion that is more credit to a 7 time WC who has done it on multiple machines- 500s, 990s, 800s and maybe a 1000 Duc? time will tell.
