And in response, it looks like Indy has decided to repave the infield except for the first four turns. 1.5 miles from turns five through sixteen will get the new pavement. The announcement of the Texas track seems to have lit a fire at Indy. The project is to be finished by the time the MotoGP stars race there this year.
