The problem that we all have with the Fukukisha (Fuk') radiation leak is that of Facts. There is very little information on radiation levels other that a Fuk' and is Prefecture. The IAEA has regular updates on Fukushima, but little on other areas like Motegei The prefecture where Motegi resides is adjacent to Fuk' prefecture and has been reported to have radiation levels of 1 to 5 mSv/yr (=100-mrem/yr), 2 mSv/yr is regarded safe. if this report is accurate, then being there for a week will be fine, even if you were a smoker and if you were pilot. All that being said, this does not take into to account for any radiation that may be exposed to from ingesting it. Until there is accurate a regular reporting by an independent body such at the IAEA, it will be impossible to tell
