Yes Ty, the session was over and Marquez was going quicker than you'd expect, and yes I think the accident was 80% Marquez's fault....
..but I've raced and now do track days, and you've got to protect yourself.
After the chequered flag I tend to drop down to 70% racing speed and return to the pits/paddock.
Dawdling on the apex isn't the safest thing to do, but yes, Marquez was going too fast.
Sadly I don't think there are concrete guidelines on maximum/minimum speeds so this is always a risk.
