Surely he is dissappointed but he rode a good race. He never should have been in the lead in the first place - I still haven't figured out how Stoner gave up a 10 sec lead.
It's really not surprising that Stoner pipped him at the line. Pedrosa and Dovi were gapping him down the straight every lap and Ben would have to make up for it in the turns. It reminded me of Indy this year with Ben making up all the pace in the turns. He had a chance to win but it wasn't to be today. Congrats to Stoner.
