For me, Casey Stoner was the star of Valencia. He controlled the majority of the race in difficult conditions with no-one infront of him. Although he lost a 10 second lead and eventually ran wide to gift Ben Spies the lead, he still managed to keep up with Spies and get a better drive out of the final corner and beat Spies to the line when we all thought Spies had the win in the bag. It's no wonder Stoner is the world champion.
