Just as a side note, the Ducati GP11 has been ok on damp surfaces as the chassis hasn't been 'worked' as hard as when on slicks on a dry circuit. Road bikes are still too heavy. I'd like to see sports bikes weighing 170kg- not 190kg as present. One way of doing this is to use a carbon swinging arm and the engine as a stressed member, removing the frame. Ok, at the moment it's not working in GP's but I hope someone comtinues to develop this. I'd swap a little bit of ultimate feedback for a 20kg weight reduction on my road bike!
