I too suffer from a bulging L2-L3 and pinched nerve at times as a result of it. I would not wish this on anyone. Some days are horrible, some days are totally fine. when your legs and feet go numb and the pain is so serious that you begin to go deaf because the pain overcomes everything then you know you have issues. lots of weight training, stretching, inversion is helping me, but still it is a very very uphill battle. after a long day on my Aprilia I am really hurting that next day. I hope Casey can improve.
