@Billace, I see your point but then we get into a qualitative analysis of the competing levels of injury for each rider and given that we do not have sufficient facts to make an even general assessment of the comparative debilitation of each injury it is hard to make that call. Was Jorge's hand worse or better than Rossi's shoulder. And yes I forgot about the hand, my apologies. Either way I am simply saying that to me the circumstances do not support the "fact" that Rossi crashed because of pressure, Or given the small point deficit after 3 races that had they both raced it was a lay down misare that Jorge would have won. His dominance in 2010 was primarily based on having all three aliens out for extended periods and yes he rode very well too which makes me think the hand was less serious than Rossi's shoulder, particularly over the course of the entire season.
