MotoGP has always been about having the best bike. You can go all the way back to the Norton and then the MV Augusta. Winning on an inferior bike is few and far between. Championship-wise you can only point out Schwantz and Roberts Jr in the last 30 or 40 years who won a title on what wasn't anything close to the best bike. Rider skill matters but so does the bike. It always has been that way so I don't understand your rant like it's been any different at any time in the history of MotoGP.
