The arabs that run QMMF think throwing money at something makes a success and they love getting their asses kissed and told how great they are when they don't deserve it. if they want to win they will get a well developed chassis and mechanics. They were trying to start a domestic race series with no youth development program. Thinking you can throw an 18-20 year old in a race series and have him compete with people who grew up doing it is a no brainer to fail.EXAMPLE: Talal Al Naimi(WSBK), Meshal Al Naimi(Moto2)so they went back to what they usually do, hire foreigners to compete for them with no interest in learning to do for themselves especially in athletic events, but you need quality and you have to start from the ground up.West is a good rider who never got a good bike, this is more of the same
