If anyone wants to experience a very minor sensation of what arm pump feels like, get a dumbell, place your forearm on a flat surface with grip pointing down. Then do reverse wrist curls (wrist extension) until you can physically not hold on any longer. Wait till you can grip again and repeat the process multiple times. Not a lot of fun huh? Now wait and see how it feels tomorrow, and the day after. BTW I'll take a stab and bet none of you will push it to the point of losing function in your hand as your forearm will be screaming at you way before you get to that point.
