Well, never forget that in MOTO2 some riders, notably marquez, have way bigger budgets than those around them, large teams, unlimited testing with whole tracks rented privately for them, spare bikes, different chassis to try, it is far from a level playing field...
As usual, it is spanish riders being flattered, as it has been for over 20 years, give them the best kit, testing, teams, hype them up and get them onto the fastest factory bikes that are also controlled by spaniards, spanish sponsors, in a spanish run series.
No wonder we get loosers like the midget dani, wasting the best bikes for how many years now ?
About 80 percent of the riders given a fair shot at the racing are from there....
The good news on the horizon is that the place is bankrupt and going further down the plughole. Banks who sponsor them are sitting on billons of bad debit and soon we may see a more realistic field.
