London Al.....but maybe with VWAudi group onboard VR will sense a change MUST be coming. German firms, especially car companies, do not associate themselves with failure, and I think they will throw a lot of money/resources at the problem.
No longer are Ducati going to be a relatively small, underfunded, slightly chaotic Italian constructor.
It's inevitable that they will bring people in from their succesful race division, and it may be uncomfortable for existing staff. but, in the end they will prevail.
