For once Jimmy you and I agree. I think he is cutting his nose off despite his face. Equally, while I think the CRTs have put him off I think there is far more to this than simply his kids, wife, disenchantment is seems a bit perfunctory. Is it the arm, doesn't like the culture at HRC (as reports are he has gone off at race staff more than once). Equally he has complained about back to back races even in Europe and I would have to say harden the F up. However, agreed the competition will be lost without him as he was the benchmark even on the best equipment. However, I still maintain that he did little to develop the sport which like it or not "tru fans" requires the riders to connect with the punters. I look forward to V8s I can see him dummy spitting everytime someone gives him a nudge "That is not what I call racing".
