For all of those who think that the twin spar perimeter frame is a Japanese innovation, think again. Maybe the Italians didn't invent it but they were the first to make it work...can you say Bimota?
Well gpone shows a picture of Hayden with an aluminum swing arm. Like I said before, it is time to get rid of the CF because the was a possibility of it storing energy and releasing to quickly.
Like someone already said the trellis frame was not consistent. And the CF takes too long to change and isn't ready for prime time. Ducati just took too long to come to the realization that they needed to jump on the bandwagon, then after they did ALL of their test days were rained out. Finally they are on the right track.
