Hard to maintain a true rivalry when one party is no longer a real threat to the other--Pedrosa is still a top rider and a potential race winner at any given event, but he's demonstrated over the past seasons that he's really not a c'ship favorite. Really nothing(dismissive/disparaging) Dani can say about World Champ Jorge, and, as mentioned, Jorge has no reason to feel especially threatened by Dani, so there just isn't any serious fuel to feed a feud.
The situation is reminiscient of Rossi's interactions with his fellow competitors. You could always tell how Valentino viewed another rider by his demeanour--if he was friendly/complimentary the other guy didn't mean a thing to him.
