I generally resign myself not to dignify indignation, but I will say this to you....
...Stoner's bike went backwards year after year from 2007 to 2010. Stoner won because of an impeccable ability to override the bike. Props to him! That said, Stoner's qualities are separate from THE BIKE'S issues. The bike no longer has an untrustworthy front end. That alone will allow the bike to be ridden by most rider's (because most riders are front end riders). THAT is progress! Rossi's body language in 2012 - aside from Qatar - tells anybody with an observant eye that he is pretty comfortable on the current GP package (in terms of front end feel). HE looked comfortable and poised, and attacked corners without tentative under/overtones.
