Cal has always been a major talent. A few years ago, he was talented but an arrogant cocky little sheet. Since he has moved to GP, he's made great progress and in 2012 has showed his talent to the fullest. What a great rider he is... But, Cal, you have many fans and at Silverstone we'll all be cheering for you. Just please don't let that arrogant cocky personality remerge. There are strains of it lately as you are doing better than expected. You are doing great, but even if it takes a lot of effort, try and be humble, even if you have to act it (like many in the MotoGP world). 'Cos if you get cocky, they will be on you like a ton of bricks if you have a bad weekend. Good luck in 2012.
