I don't particularly like Marquez. He has pushed his "innocent" moves a number of times beyond what is respectable.
This time he could have left room but had no real obligation to do so being in the front. Although considering the major slide he had made it was likely he was going to be passed ( He must have been aware of Pol's presence).
Yet, if someone passes, he's got to accept the consequences. Pol could have been more careful, especially with Marquez known for his predictable, no hostage, somewhat dirty behavior.
I'd vote racing incident, but with Marquez you'll never quite know...
