I want to know where this idea that Stoner uses less driver aids comes from. It's been mentioned by several MotoGP pundits that the reason he was so quick on the Ducati compared to everyone else is because he got to grips with the Ducati traction control a lot better than othere riders and so was able to extract more speed from the bike. Everyone else struggled with the Ducati electronics. In fact, when he first entered the big class, I recall him falling off a lot pre-traction control.
