Agree with Percentage.... The new tires might be easier to go fast on if you are a midfield rider, but it becomes unstable when ridden consistently on the limit... However, the Yam might have just a little bit lucky that the performance of the tire falls on its sweet spot, (new tire needs to be ridden smoothly). HRC with its chatter problems forces the riders (CS & DP) to ride that tire consistently on the limit (LCR and gresini riders does not ride hard enough) Seems that the tire is happy enough to be ridden smoothly but bite back (and hard when ridden on the limit) HRC needs to sort that chatter so that they can pressure supersmooth JL into riding in the limit. I think JL will have to change his tune then.
