Cal has some talent and guts but let's get real here. The big change in his performance this year is due to the new bike. Since this is the first year of the 1000s (since the 800s) there isn't the normally huge difference between the factory bikes and his bike. THEY ARE ALL NEW. Wait until next year or perhaps past mid season after the factory bikes get their upgrades. Then we'll see a truer picture of Cal's performance. Also, the CRT bikes shouldn't even be on the track. They are like racing street bikes compared to the motogp prototype bikes. A joke.
